Delivery is usually by Royal Mail, however we reserve the
right to use an alternative should it be necessary.
The delivery charge is £1.65 for all orders up to £35. Any order totalling over
£35 is delivered free of charge.
Damages must be reported within 7 days
Returns may be made and refund given for damaged items only.
Items must be returned unopened
If an item is to be
returned please e-mail info@claireshealthandbeauty.co.uk explaining the problem.
You will be sent a reference number which must be written on the outside of the
parcel. as soon as a return is recieved a refund will be issued, subject to the
above conditions
